Responsibilities:
- Ensure the arrival of raw materials
- Monitoring raw materials
- Customs documents preparation for customs clearance, documents preparation and inquiry list preparation for purchasing contract and management, inspections of purchasing materials and claims
Requirements:
- Education Minimum D3/S1 any background
- Having minimal GPA 3.00
- Good communication skills and excellent command of English both written and oral
- Able to work with tight schedule
- Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
- Must have at least 2 years working experience
- Excellent knowledge and skill in Purchasing, Import procedure, Monitoring Delivery, Document Administration, Purchase Follow Up.
- High Computer proficiency including MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
