Project
Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan site project untuk civil dan fit out pada proyek baru, renovasi serta penutupan store
• Merencanakan material dan barang-barang internal dari HHB serta administrasinya dalam tahap perencanaan dan akhir proyek
• Supervisi di lapangan untuk segala kegiatan fit out dan proyek dengan berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, supplier, land lord dan internal HHB untuk progress proyek dan analisanya
• Melakukan administrasi proyek untuk opname dan check list akhir pekerjaan, adanya pekerjaan tambah dan pekerjaan kurang
Requirements:
• Diutamakan Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Arsitektur atau Teknik Sipil
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik tentang : Fit Out Civil & Interior, Interior Design & Architecture, Contracting
• Memiliki kemampuan komputer, supervisi dan komunikasi yang baik
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam project management & interior fit out project
• Mempunyai pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama selama 2 tahun sebagai project development, quality control, atau building inspector
Purchasing Staff
Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old
• Have work experiences at least 1 year in purchasing field, especially in Food & Beverage Industry
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, any field from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Have good negotiation skills
Key Account Executive
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible in implementing and drive sales operational in retail outlets within the coverage area, to achieve sales target, availability, visibility, and merchandising
Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Have Driving License (SIM A)
• This position is responsible in impementin and drive seles operational in retail outlet within the coverage area, to achieve seles target is, availability, visiility and merchandising.
• Achieve business goals : Service Level, Sales (Volume & Value), On Time Delivery, AR Aging
• Develop the existing customers and expanding business by opening new customer
• Maintain business relationship with key customer within area of responsibility
• Min. 1 years experiences in distribution company or sales function, preferably in FMCG Business
Teknisi
Requirements:
• Pria, umur maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan Minimal STM/SMK Jurusan Teknik Mesin , Elektronic / Mesin Pendingin
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun diutamakan
• Mengerti sistem kelistrikan ( motor listrik, analisa rangkaian)
• Mengerti mesin produksi ( show case, chiller & frozen )
• Dapat mengoprasikan komputer ( Ms. Office )
• Lebih disukai memiliki SIM C / SIM A
• Lebih disukai berpengalaman sebagai Maintenance Staff di Perusahaan industri makanan
