Coordinator Customer Service
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
• The resolution of the problem until the customer claims according to SOP
• Ensure all investigative process in accordance with SOP
• Coordination with internal and Surabaya branch network
• Make a summary report every month
• Daily reports for monitoring the settlement of claims
• Problem resolution to ensure timely claims

Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Minimal education D3 any field
• Max Age 30 years old
• Minimum 2 yrs experience in same field
• Healthy Physical & Spiritual
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Understanding and response in any condition
• Have good communication skills, discipline, responsibility and honest
• Ability to work individually or in teams
• Able to lead and coordinate well
