Syariah MIS And Reporting Head
(Code : SHARIA 122-5)

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and in-depth analytics of Syariah regular & ad hoc financial report
• Continuously improving standard report
• Ensuring to meet the financial indicators as per budget
• Monitor key financial indicators are align with short term and long term plan
• Implementing an effective budget management
• Coordinate annual planning and budgeting process for Syariah
• Monitoring the implementation of Syariah business plan

Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
• Work experience of at least 3 years in the area of MIS
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
• Having competency in programming, MS Access or Macro
• Good knowledge in Islamic Banking (Syariah Banking)
• High analytical, conceptual, and people management skill
• Having strong communication skills and a team player
• Demonstrate good command in English, both verbal and written

Operational Excellence Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
• Lead process improvement
• Manage and develop team members
• Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.

Requirements:
• Education min.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Bankingor other FinancialInstitutions
• Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
• Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
