HR Administration Staff
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Planning schedule of job daily activities
  • Monitoring insurance claim process to be run well and on time
  • Supporting in monitoring administration process of foreign workers and visa preparation
  • Running upload and input absence data including business trip, sick, leave, permit, absence
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma majoring Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Age between 21 - 26 years old
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Good english both oral and written
  • High attention on detail matter
  • Independent and able to work in team as well
  • Initiative
Crew Development Staff
Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring crew training record book is well-updated
  • Ensuring crew certificate in CIS and soft copy put in personal data
  • Ensuring crew following training program when crew standby
  • Ensuring all training needs are fulfilled
  • Ensuring crew recruitment and selection system are implemented
  • Ensuring crew requirements are fullfiled
Requirements:
  • Minimal Diploma degree from Maritime Academy
  • Age between 22 - 28 years old
  • One years experience in related field
  • Good interpersonal Skill
  • Independent and able to work in team as well
  • Good englishbth oral and written
  • High attention on detail matter
  • Well organize
HR Administration Staff

Human Resource Supervisor
Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
  • Handling benefit and allowance payment
  • Ensuring absence record are accurate and up dated
  • Handling and Updating insurance payment and administration related
  • Ensuring the compliance to Manpower Regulation (WLTK, WLP, and Company Regulation)
  • Carrying out employee care such as visiting employee that sick, giving birth, in grief, or married
  • Arranging administration of working permits for expatriate (from RPTKA to KITAS)
  • Recording and Updating HR data
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Age between 23 - 33 yo
  • Familiar with Goverment labour law
  • Familiar with insurance/claim procedure
  • Good knowledge about immigration procedure
  • Good english both oral and written
  • High attention on detail matter
  • Independent and able to work in team as well
  • Initiative
Finance Staff
Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
  • Preparing payment voucher
  • Validating payment voucher after checking the accuracy and The fund is available for payment
  • Summarizing all paid transactions per daily basis
  • Posting all transactions per daily basis into B-One system
  • Bank Reconciliation
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Age between 22 - 28 years old
  • Good English both oral and written
  • High Orientation on detail matter
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
