2. Pendidikan SMA / D3 / S1
3. IPK minimal 2,75 dan NEM rata-rata 6,5 untuk SMA
4. Usia maksimal 25 tahun untuk fresh graduated atau usia maksimal 27 tahun untuk berpengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun.
5. Wajib memiliki SIM C dan sepeda motor.
6. Penempatan di Cabang PT BCA Finance Area Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Denpasar, Kudus, Purwokerto, Solo, Yogyakarta, Jember, Kediri, Malang, Surabaya, Bandung, Cirebon, Tasikmalaya, Makasar, Manado, Palu, Banjarmasin dan Balikpapan.
